The mutual funds are types of collective investment schemes which collect the funds of corporate and individual investors.
Investors acquire units in the fund. The collected funds are invested by financial professionals in a portfolio of securities. Gains and losses from investments in securities are proportionally distributed among holders of units in the mutual fund
The portfolio of securities is established on the basis of investment objectives and strategy featured in the prospectus of the mutual funds.
