FSC issued a license to a new REIT
13 December 2006

The Financial Supervisory Commission issued a license to the real estate investment trust Real Estate Sofia. In conjunction with this the Commission acclaimed the prospectus for the public offering of 150 thousand shares with nominal of BGN 1 each, which will be issued because of the obligatory initial increase of the capital for this kind of companies.
