These operations concern execution of specific orders regarding securities in the Central Depository AD.

• Inheritance of securities - Executed in two stages: During the first stage the inheritors of a deceased owner of securities require information regarding the account availability and the blocking of the accounts. The second stage includes transfer of securities to inheritors' accounts. The inheritors should agree on the allocation of the securities in order to proceed with the transfer. This can be made through a notarized voluntary sharing arrangement.

• Donation of securities - A notarized donation agreement should be provided to the investment intermediary.
   
• Sale ot other non-gratuitous transfer of securities - A notarized contract between the parties is required.

• Change of personal data - Request by the owner of securities to modify his/her personal data in the registry of the Central Depository. 

• Depository receipt duplicate - This service allows the issuance of a new depository receipt in case of loss or damage of the original one. The owner should provide personal identification documents. A duplicate request is submitted only by the owner of the securities.
