 Status Invest was found in 1998 ant till now is an active and correct participant on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

Status Invest was the underwriter of BGN 150 000 shares issue of Premier Fund REIT in 2006. 

Status Invest successfully distributed the first preferred voting shares issue on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange of Sofia Commerce – Pawn Brokerage for BGN 2 million.

Status Capital was founded in 2006 and is licensed by the Financial Supervisory Commission to manage the activity of mutual funds, as well as portfolios of securities for institutional and individual investors.

On 12^th April 2006 the Management Company Status Capital was issued a license by the FSC over the resolution No 278 DF to manage the assets of the mutual fund Status New Shares.
