Vladislav Panchev Panev is Chairman of the board of directors of the Asset Management Company. Vladislav Panev graduated in Economics and Management of Transport from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia (1994 – 1999). He is a licensed investment consultant and has a certificate to act as an investment consultant No 025/11.11.2002. He worked as a financial reporter in the weekly "Banker" (1999 – 2002) and daily "Dnevnik" (2002 – 2004). Between June 2004 and Jan 2006 he was investment consultant at Asset Management Company "KD Investments" and between Jan 2006 and April 2006 he was executive director of the Investment Intermediary "KD Securities". Mr. Panev is also a member of the board of directors of the real estate company "Premier fund" ADSIC.

Radoslav Milev Katsarov is a member of the Board of Directors of the Asset Management Company. Radoslav Katsarov graduated in International Trade Relations from the Institute of Economy, Sofia (1983 – 1988). Between 1995 and 1998 he was Executive Director of “Status 1” AD, Sofia, and from 1998 to date he has been Executive Director of licensed investment intermediary "Status Invest" AD, Sofia.

Maria Dimova Sivkova is executive member (Executive Director) of the Board of Directors of the Asset Management Company. Maria Sivkova graduated in Macroeconomics from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia (1996 – 2001). Maria Sivkova is a licensed stock broker with certificate No 251–B dated 21 April 2003, granting her the right to act as a stock broker. Maria Sivkova has worked with the licensed investment intermediary "Status Invest" AD from 1998 to date, initially as administrative assistant (1998 – 1999) and employee at section Operations with Securities (1999 – 2000), later as head of section Operations with Securities (2000– 2003), from 2003 to date she has been security broker and since 2004, head of section Trading in Securities.

Ivan Mitkov Ivanov is investment consultant of the Management Company and is in charge of the investment decisions concerning the assets of the mutual fund Status New Shares. Ivan Ivanov graduated the University of National and World Economy in Sofia and has a bachelor’s degree in Macroeconomics (1998 – 2002), a master’s degree in Macroeconomics (2002 – 2004) and a second bachelor’s degree in Finance (1998 – 2003). Between February and June 2003 he worked as a loan officer in Reiffeisen Bank–Bulgaria. He was a senior expert in The Agency for Economy Analysis and Prognosis (from September 2003 until February 2006) and an investment intermediary for IP Bul Trend Brokerage (from June 2005 till March 2006). Ivan Ivanov is a licensed investment consultant; he has a certificate to act as an investment consultant No 047-IK/13.11.2003.
