Documents and Actions required for purchasing units The only documents required for a buyback of units are application forms for ordering unit buyback and personal identification card. Status Capital is obliged to accept your order without charging you any fees. Order submission term According to Status New Shares’ prospectus the order is carried out on the first working day following the day of submission, but not later than 5 days after the day of submission. Investors sell units at price that is valuated at the end of the day of submission. Fees and Expenses Status New Shares buys back its units at a buyback price, equal to the Mutual Fund’s net asset value per unit. There is no buyback fee. |
Investors should take into consideration the fact that the value of the Mutual Fund’s units and the income from them could decrease, profit is not guaranteed and investors run the risk of not recovering their investment completely.
