The primary goal of the Mutual Fund Status New Shares is to ensure long-term growth in the value of its investments and an increase in the value of the investments of its unit holders by means of realising the biggest possible income through taking moderate to high risk, as well as to ensure liquidity of the investments of the unit holders.
The risk is ensured through investing in high-yield assets and the risk management shall be carried out through diversification techniques and contractual combination of assets.
Shares traded on stock exchanges in South-Eastern Europe are the main target of the fund. Our purpose is to participate in the privatization process of the regional countries. Most of the SEE countries’ governments have the intentions to privatize big national companies through the stock exchange. This way all people can participate, indirectly, in the privatization process of the most attractive SEE companies and gain profit at the lowest costs. Investing in several stock markets simultaneously diversify the fund’s portfolio additionally and decrease the risk for the investors. Also the European integration process of this region will raise the competitive power of the companies and will make them more attractive to investors.
Another primary goal of the Fund shall be also to ensure liquidity—both for its own investments and for investments in units of the Fund.
There is no certainty that Status New Shares will achieve its investment goals.
