According to the prospectus the fund will invest up to 90% of its assets in shares of Bulgarian and other companies from the Balkan region. The company’s intentions are also to participate in the purchase of shares of brand new companies and tradable rights, but the accent will be put on participation in privatization. The offering of the units will start next month and their nominal price will be 1 BGN.
