Status Property REIT got a license

The new licensed company Status Property REIT will invest in real estate and the main district of investment will be big multifunctional buildings and resorts. The founders of the REIT are Investment Company Advance Invest which participates with 30% of the initial capital, Status Invest that holds 20% of the shares and all the rest are possession of physical persons.


For now Status Property REIT has two projects for multifunctional buildings in Sofia in different phases, but by the end of 2007 it will begin the construction of one of them.
